SANITATION AND SAFETY
Guests that have not been fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask during their entire visit.
If you are sick with a cold, the flu or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, reschedule your appointment.
Styling stations, shampoo chairs and common areas will be sanitized after each use.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
At this time, 50% of your scheduled appointment cost will be collected or added as a balance to your account with less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling.
100% of scheduled appointment cost will be added to your account for missed or 'no show' appointments.
We understand that emergencies and special circumstances will occur.
*Note -Stylists will be spending additional time before and after services to perform extra sanitation for you and other guests. Arriving on time for your appointment will help prevent delays in your stylist's schedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you could be asked to reschedule for another time.
