Salon One Six One will be temporarily operating under new guidelines. We have put these guidelines in place based on recommendations from The CDC and our local government.
     

        We have added other details to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, in a timely manner. These guidelines will maintain everyone's personal safety and help prevent fatigue. Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you soon!

 GUIDELINES as of 10/09/2020

 

CAPACITY

  • Only a limited number of stylists will be working at any given time

  • Only one guest per stylist (if you bring someone to your appointment, they will need to wait in the car)

  • When you arrive to the salon, please come to the door and knock. The door will remain locked all day. 

SANITATION AND SAFETY

  • Guests will be required to wear a mask during their entire visit. If you have your own mask, please bring it with you.

  • Before entering the salon guests will be required to sanitize their hands and have their temperature taken.

  • Cellphones and any other personal items should not be brought out during your service.

  • Once you are with your stylist, we ask that we keep conversation limited to your consultation and your service.

  • Please do not bring in any food or drinks.

  • Beverage services will not be available at this time.

  • If you are sick with a cold, the flu or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING 

Due to our scheduling and capacity limitations, we want ensure stability for our stylist's income.

  • Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

  • At this time, 50% of your scheduled appointment cost will be collected or added as a balance to your account with less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling. 

  • 100% of scheduled appointment cost will be added to your account for missed or 'no show' appointments.

We understand that emergencies and special circumstances will occur. 

 

 

*Note -Stylists will be spending additional time before and after services to perform extra sanitation for you and other guests. Arriving on time for your appointment will help prevent delays in your stylist's schedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you could be asked to reschedule for another time.
